Trail Vault collects only the data needed to track your trail book — client, loan, and commission records you import or enter yourself. This page is a placeholder; the full privacy policy will be published before general availability.
Data storage & security
Your data is stored and processed in Australia — both the database and the servers that handle your requests run in Sydney. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every record is scoped to your organisation on every query. Two-factor authentication is available on every account, and uploaded client documents are stored privately, with each download authorised against your organisation. Access to client records is recorded, so your organisation can review who viewed, downloaded or exported them. We do not sell your data.
