TrailVault Bridge – Privacy Policy

Effective 3 November 2026

TrailVault Bridge is a Chrome extension published by TrailVault. Mortgage brokers use it to prepare their own loan records for import into TrailVault.

What it reads

While you are logged in to Infynity CRM and Nextgen ApplyOnline, the extension reads your monthly commission statement and the details of the new loans on it:

  • client names
  • loan amounts, lender, product, rates and terms
  • securities and their values
  • the loan details in your broker notes, valuations and lender offers

Documents are read in memory. Only loan details are kept: amounts, rates, fixed and interest-only terms, purpose, securities and values. Income, employment, credit history, bank accounts, living expenses, and government or identity documents are left out. PDF copies are not saved unless you turn on that setting.

Where it goes

The extension saves this information only as a file on your own computer, in Downloads\TrailVault. While a month is being prepared, it also keeps the information in Chrome's local storage for the extension; client details are removed from that storage an hour after the month file is saved.

The extension does not send any data to TrailVault, to us, or to anyone else. You decide whether to upload a month file to TrailVault. Once uploaded, it is handled under TrailVault's own privacy policy.

What it never does

  • It never reads or stores passwords.
  • It never changes, saves or submits anything in Infynity or Nextgen.
  • It never sells or shares data, and never uses it for advertising or to assess anyone's creditworthiness.
  • It loads no code from the internet.

Deleting your data

To remove everything the extension has saved, delete the files in your Downloads\TrailVault folder and remove the extension from Chrome, which clears its local storage.
